I've tested the application, and it appears that you are in luck. The software is working just fine on Windows 10 x64. The only thing that you have to do is to run the software as Administration or you'll receive a DLL error.
No, the developer of FeedLive has not made the program available for the Windows 8 operating system. At the moment the latest operating system that the software can run under is Windows NT. You can try to run FeedLive in Compatibility Mode but it is not guaranteed to work. The latest version is available for download through the application page of Software Informer.
